Charlotte has been building her confidence in speaking in the classroom with Miss Donnell. This is the first story that she talked to Miss Donnell about and is reading back on the camera with help.

Room 4 were lucky enough to have Mrs D come 

into the classroom to teach a music lesson 

about sound. First we made different sounds 

using our bodies, like clapping our hands and 

stamping our feet. 

Then we played a follow the leader game where

everyone had to make a different sound and we

all had to copy them. It was so much fun!

This term Room 4 have been learning about
shapes. We have been learning about how to
sort shapes and what different shapes look like.

Miss Donnell took us outside to test our knowledge
on what shapes we know. She gave us some
chalk to try and draw the shapes we knew. Then
she said shapes out loud like rectangle, triangle,
a shape with 3 sides and we had to try and draw
them!
